Rani Anarkali

Inspired by royal Awadhi silhouettes as seen in miniature paintings, the Rani Anarkali is tailored from handwoven pachranga silk. Featuring subtle details such as fabric buttons, glass beading and a handwove tissue facing. Paired with a handwoven pachranga silk churidaar and hand embroidered organza odhni.

The Pachranga silk is painstakingly handwoven by our artisans in Banaras with a specialised dyeing and warp preparation where the yarn is divided into five equal parts, each of which are dyed in five different colours. The warp is then placed as per a specific sequence before weaving.
