Inspired by royal Awadhi silhouettes, the Nargis Lehenga is tailored in graceful folds of handwoven silk tissue, created by our artisans in Banaras, complete with a border woven with dainty motifs. The lehenga is paired with a matching blouse in handwoven silk brocade and handwoven silk tissue and a hand embroidered tiranga tissue odhni.
The Tiranga tissue is painstakingly handwoven by our artisans in Banaras with a specialised dyeing and warp preparation where the yarn is divided into three equal parts, each of which are dyed in three different colours. The warp is then placed as per a specific sequence before weaving.
