The Mithai Tissue Blouse is beautifully tailored in a handwoven tiranga silk tissue inspired by the traditional Awadhi silhouette of an angarkha. The blouse features an inner panel of handwoven brocade silk and is detailed with delicate hand embroidery.

The Tiranga tissue is painstakingly handwoven by our artisans in Banaras with a specialised dyeing and warp preparation where the yarn is divided into three equal parts, each of which are dyed in three different colours. The warp is then placed as per a specific sequence before weaving.
